Julia Röwert

Julia Röwert is a doctoral candidate at INCHER and is based at the Chair of Governance in Higher Education and Science(Prof. Dr. Bernd Kleimann). Funded by a doctoral scholarship from the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft, she has been working on evaluation processes in the tenure-track career path since 2023. Her research focuses on academic performance assessment and new academic career paths. She pursues an interdisciplinary approach and brings in aspects of organizational psychology as well as evaluation, organizational and scientific sociology.

Julia Röwert studied psychology in Konstanz and Toronto and worked in various positions in personnel and organizational development as well as in science management from 2016 to 2022.
