Francisco Flores ist Postdoc am chair of Economics of Innovation and Creativity der Leibniz Universität Hannover (LUH), zuvor war er Wissenschaftler am Internationalen Zentrum für Hochschulforschung (INCHER) und Doktorand im interdisziplinären Graduiertenprogramm" Elitereproduktion im Wandel? Die Bedeutung der Hochschulausbildung für Karriereverläufe in verschiedenen Gesellschaftsbereichen (ELBHA)." Francisco besitzt einen Masterabschluss in Behavioral Economics und einen BA in Economics.

Sein Forschungsinteresse gilt der Beurteilung von Entscheidungsprozessen, insbesondere von Jugendlichen, sowie der experimentellen Ökonomie.
