Department of Strategic Development

The Department of Strategic Development – as part of the University Administration – is responsible for the organizational and strategic planning of the University of Kassel, its faculties, academic units as well as academic support facilities. The Department of Strategic Development advises the faculties on developing study and research programs and is concerned with the strategic allocation of resources. It coordinates university-wide, cross-departmental projects. Additional responsibilities include promoting the University’s internationalization, personnel and organizational development, and strategic controlling and reporting.
