- further with any tram to the city. The city is located to the east of the station, going downhill. Ticket machines are available in each tram. If the destination on your ticket is “Kassel + City” your train ticket is also valid for the tram and you do not need an extra ticket for the first ride.
- with the lines 3, 4 or 7 to tram stop "Am Stern". From there, walk about 250 meters north = downhill to the tram stop "Holländischer Platz" or
- with line 1 directly to "Holländischer Platz" (both takes ca. 17-19 minutes) at the tram stop “Holländischer Platz”, you find the (aluminium-encased) building, Kurt-Wolters-Straße 3 (see picture) in the north-east.
- the offices of the Solar and Systems Engineering are on the 3rd floor, the secretariat is placed in room 3311.

- exit Kassel-Nord (A7), after approx. 3.5 km turn right at the third large crossroads, direction "Universität" or "Kassel-Calden",
- cross the Fulda-river and follow the main road turning left.
- The building Kurt-Wolters-Str. 3 is then behind the next big crossroads right along the street. A parking area can be accessed in front of the Esso-station or after turning right twice.
