Parallel Algorithms

In the seminar "Parallel Algorithms", participants present individual algorithms or classes of algorithms with parallel aspects in mind.

Topics covered include:

  • Simplifying approaches in parallelization (Google's MapReduce).
  • Metaheuristic methods (Ant and Genetic Algorithms)
