Project description | KINDheitenERLEBENis a regional comparative study conducted in cooperation with Fulda University of Applied Sciences in the cities of Kassel and Fulda. The focus of the study is on subjective well-being and objective living conditions from the perspective of children, with a particular focus on residential areas. This involves researching children's appropriation processes and interpretations of the neighborhood, children's networks, as well as children's future prospects and their ideas of a "good" life for children. The children's perspective, which has been largely neglected to date, is systematically included here, as children's participation is essential for sustainable urban development. |
