Project conference "Language use in conspiracy theories"

On the one hand, the conference aims to present the central results of the DFG project "Language in Conspiracy Theories" to the specialist community and put them up for discussion. On the other hand, it aims to bring together the now multifaceted linguistic research on the topic and make it visible in its theoretical and methodological-empirical diversity. Welcome linguistic and interdisciplinary contributions - whether qualitative and/or quantitative, descriptive and/or critical - that deal with the use of language in conspiracy theories in all its manifestations, including the multimodal sign dimension.
