Under the direction of Prof. Dr. Michael Mecklenburg, German Medieval Studies at the University of Kassel focuses on the German language and literature of the Middle Ages. At first glance, this may have little to do with our culture today, but the Middle Ages are often much closer to us than we think. The Kassel Medieval Studies Podcast aims to offer all those interested an insight into the academic study of the language and literature of the Middle Ages and their diverse forms of reception.
