From 2003 to 2007, studies of sports science and medical physiology and economics at the Georg-August University of Göttingen (degree: Magister Artium).
Master's thesis in 2007 on the topic "The concept of self-efficacy - A study on the establishment of inductive teaching methods in snow sports using the example of alpine skiing ".
From October 2007 to May 2009 lecturer at the Georg-August University of Göttingen in the theory and practice of sports (alpine snow sports and backstroke games).
Since May 2009 research assistant at the department "Hochschulsport" of the Institute of Sport and Sport Science at the University of Kassel.
