2023 Certificate (Level I and II) in the continuing training in higher education didactics LLUKAS at the Teaching Service Centre of the University of Kassel

2016 PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) at the University of Kassel on the topic "Families in the Trap? Dynamics of familial poverty in the individualized employment society".

Since 2012, lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Kassel.

2010 - 2012: Research assistant at the Nuremberg Institute for Employment Research (IAB) in the project "Adolescents and young adults in the legal scope of SGB II".

Studied sociology, journalism and German language and literature at the University of Leipzig (and Université de Nantes). Graduated with a master's thesis on the strategies of Hartz IV recipients.
