- 2022: PhD on the topic "The overexploitation of migrant workers. A sociological analysis of the exploitation of low-skilled migrant workers using the Malaysian palm oil sector as an example"
- 2021-2022: Research associate at the Institute of Sociology at FSU Jena in the Department of Sociology of Labor, Industry and Economics with Prof. Klaus Dörre and contributor to SFB 294 "Structural Transformation of Property" in the subproject "Property, Inequality and Class Formation in Socio-Ecological Transformation Conflicts"
