Christiana Idika

Christiana Idika did her Bachelor‘s degree in philosophy at the Imo State University in Nigeria and completed her Master’s degree in International Peace Studies at the United Nations University, San Jose, Costa Rica. She pursued her doctorate studies at the Graduate School of Humanities at the Julius-Maximillian Universität Würzburg.

Her PhD is entitled: “Towards an Internormative Hermeneutics for Social Justice: The Principles of Justice and Recognition in John Rawls and Axel Honneth”.

Currently, Christiana Idika is doing research on Postcolonialism, Law and Neoliberalism. Other research interests include Otherness and Interculturality, Hermeneutics of the Other, African Studies, Global Justice and Development Studies.
