The first part of the book explains the basics of sports games and makes references to primary school sports. The second part of the book contains a comprehensive collection of games and exercises that have proven to be effective for the integrative teaching of target shooting games and form the basis of the ballstars' training. The system of the game collection shows that it is not simply a collection of games, but rather a structured assignment of game forms that follows the objectives of the three learning levels. Three directories provide an overview of the forms of games and exercises presented for each learning level. The system used enables teachers and coaches to select games according to their basic tactical and technical characteristics and to incorporate them into sports lessons.
