In this project basic knowledge of design theory is developed, creativity techniques and design tools are tested and the basics of an architectural and (micro-)urban design methodology are studied. The aim is to get to know and be able to apply the range of design methods and tools for the scale range from buildings to neighborhoods, to practice impromptu design and to be able to set up structured design processes themselves. The project combines short lectures, design methodology exercises and design drafts. The design area is the ASL-Campus in Kassel.
