Mentoring ASL
The team of Representatives for Women and Equal Opportunities (FuG) at the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Planning and Landscape Planning initiated the establishment of a mentoring network and mentoring program in the summer semester of 2024.
The aim is to support students and graduates in their professional development, advise them on career paths, establish contacts and support them in their search for internships and jobs.
The mentoring program includes various formats. All offers are free of charge and are provided by the mentors on a voluntary basis.
The 1:1 format
One of the formats is 1:1 mentoring. This involves forming tandems of one mentee (student) and one mentor who meet regularly for one-to-one meetings over a period of one year. The meetings serve to provide individual advice on topics such as career entry, career paths, skills development, empowerment, etc.
The format is primarily aimed at Master's students. Mentees are selected and assigned to mentors after prior application. Up to eight students per year can participate.
Apply now until Friday, November 22, 2024!
