Is it still possible to build on greenfield sites today? If so, how? And what are the arguments against it? The focus is on the Europan project "Sex in the City" in Wolfsanger Nord by Paul Schägner with Carolin Renno and Kim Finster, Düsseldorf. But the new Vellmar Nord and Baunatal Nord districts will also be addressed.
