In Rothenditmold, on the historic and listed factory site of the former railroad manufacturer Henschel, a new urban quarter is to be built in the coming years. The investor Sector Seven has carried out a two-stage, invited competition for this, the results of which will be available in late fall 2024. Based on this, a master plan is to be developed and a development plan drawn up.
