Since 2021, the project has been dealing with interdependent and thus multiple competitions in the higher education sector. The interdisciplinary project aims to clarify how actors position themselves in competition, what dynamics multiple competition unfolds in its various forms and at the different levels of the higher education system and what consequences it has. The focus of the second funding phase, which has now been approved, is on international comparisons and internationalization trends in higher education competition. The future spokesperson is Prof. Dr. Guido Bünstorf.
