Superradiance
When an ensemble of atoms coherently shares an excitation, the collective atom-field coupling may become more efficient due to interference effects. This phenomenon is known as superradiance.
Resonance energy transfer
N - donor RET rate can be up to N times greater than that for N single donors.
← Superradiant fidelity:
CP potential for atomic ensemble
Collective dipole:
← CP potential for N = 50, 100 atoms and driven atom
- Superradiant enhancement of potential
