Center for Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Regional Development

In accordance with its objective of promoting the Frankenhausen Teaching, Research and Transfer Center, the association offers all interested parties the opportunity to play an active role in the development of Frankenhausen.

Purpose of the association - from the articles of association (§ 2)

1. The purpose of the association is to promote the Teaching, Research and Transfer Center for Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Regional Development on the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen of the University of Kassel. The focus is on the promotion of application-oriented teaching and research and scientific advice in the fields of organic farming and sustainable regional development.
2. The projects funded and/or carried out by the association are also intended to support the ecological, social and/or cultural development of the region.
