Notes for registration

Registration is no longer possible. However, you can of course participate without prior registration. For many tours there are still remaining places, but some are already fully booked. Registration is from 10:00 am at the central information pavilion between ice cream and beverage stand. We would also like to point out the "walking time" in the tropical greenhouse from 9:30 to 11:00am and from 15:30 to 16:30. Here you can visit the tropical greenhouse on your own.

Children's program

In addition to an exciting program for adults, there is also a lot for children to experience in the childcare.  Feel free to bring your children!

Arrival info

We recommend using public transportation to get there, as there is not a lot of parking close to campus.

Witzenhausen is within the validity area of the state ticket from Kassel. Regional trains leave from Wilhelmshöhe station and from Kassel main station at least every hour. The Steinstraße location is about a 20-minute walk from the Witzenhausen Nord train station. There are regular city and regional buses from there (to the Brückenstraße stop, on the return trip the Zolamtsplatz stop).

The campus and the tropical greenhouse will open for visitors at 9:45 and 9:30 respectively, the official start is at 11:00. It is therefore possible to arrive with different trains.
For people who would like to arrive by car, we will try to organize additional parking areas, but these are not in the immediate vicinity of the campus.
