Examination of eggs from different husbandry systems and conditions with biophotone analysis
Projekttext
Biophotone analysis is a holistic method which can also be applied to determine food quality. In earlier investigations differences in the quality of eggs from different husbandry systems could be distinguished. In this project possible causes for these differences in egg quality are investigated (day light, day light emitting lamps, green fodder, outdoor run). At the same time chemical analyses of the food were carried out. Furthermore, eggs from a feeding experiment with different organic fodder mixtures were examined.
