Disclaimer
Disclaimer:Liability for content
The contents of our web pages have been put together with the greatest possible care. We cannot, however, accept any liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or out-of-date material that they may contain. Under the terms of §7 sub-para.1 of the German Telemedia Law (TMG), as the service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general legislation. Under the terms of §§8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Law (TMG), however, service providers are not obliged to monitor or research the background to any third-party information that they transmit or save which could point to an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information as per the general legislation are not affected by this. Any liability in this respect, however, is only possible as of the point in time at which the service provider is made aware of a specific violation of the law. If we become aware of any such legal offences, we will remove the content in question immediately.
Liability for links
Our website contains links to external third-party sites, whose content we have no influence over. We cannot therefore accept any responsibility for this third-party content. Responsibility for the content of linked sites always rests with the relevant provider or operator. The content of the linked pages was checked for potential violations of the law at the time the link was set up. No illegal content was established at that time. In the absence of any material suspicion of legal infringements, however, it would be unreasonable to expect us to permanently monitor the content of linked pages. As soon as we are made aware of any legal infringements, we will remove the relevant links without delay.
Copyright
The contents and material on these pages compiled by the operators of the website are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any type of use beyond the bounds of the copyright requires the written consent of the relevant author or producer. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the contents on this web page have not been compiled by the operator, the copyright of third parties has been observed. Content from third parties is identified as such. If, despite this, you establish a copyright violation, we would ask you to inform us accordingly. As soon as we are made aware of any copyright violations, we will remove the contents concerned without delay.
Data protection
It is generally possible to use our website without specifying personal data. Insofar as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail addresses) are captured on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission in the internet (such as during communication by e-mail) can be affected by security breaches. It is not possible to provide complete protection of the data against access by third parties.
We hereby expressly object to the use by third parties of contact data, published under the statutory obligation to provide publication details, for purposes of sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the event of receipt of unsolicited of advertising information, such as in spam mails, etc.
