Representatives for Women and Equality

The central Representative for Women and Equality supports the university in integrating diversity, equality, and inclusion into the university’s development and in implementing its statutory mandate for equal opportunities. She works in close cooperation with the  Representative for Women and Equality in the faculties, the women's council and the equality commission.

The Representatives for Women and Equality have been appointed in all faculties of the University of Kassel. They support the central Representative for Women and Equalitiyin performing her duties and work towards achieving equal opportunities, improving the reconciliation of family care responsibilities and work, and eliminating the underrepresentation of women at the University of Kassel.
