The Women@DDc Network was created in 2022 as a joint initiative of the Department 9.3 Diversity Management at TU Dresden, the Barkhausen Institute and the DRESDEN-concept e.V. office in order to better network female scientists of all status groups as well as female science managers within the DRESDEN-concept research network and make them more visible.
Women@DDc offers female scientists and science managers a platform to exchange ideas about career paths and challenges in the world of research. In addition to workshops and panel discussions on topics such as networking and careers in science, Women@DDc enables direct exchange with experts from various fields in science.
