Strategisches Handlungskonzept zur Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz im deutschen Hochschulsektor
Short description
It is assumed that significant energy savings in the order of at least 15-20% of the final energy consumption present remain unused at German universities. The reasons for this are extremely complex and primarily structural in nature. So far there is no comprehensive, proven implementation strategy that provides universal solutions in particular to increase energy efficiency in existing buildings. The aim of this project is therefore to develop a comprehensive concept for action that incorporates the key action areas of technology, organization and financing and transferable to other colleges solutions shows. For this to be carried out for a potential studies for typical high school building and identify financing models beyond the university budget and the implementation of monetary incentive systems are examined.
