Registration for the 21^st Symposium of European Grassland Federation is now open.

* A limited number of Stapledon Memorial Trust awards (100 € discount on a regular registration fee) for young scientists from Eastern and Southern European countries is available. To apply for the Stapledon award, please send an email to egf2021[at]uni-kassel[dot]de indicating your name, age, affiliation, and your motivation to receive the award supporting the participation in the EGF2021 Symposium. Stapledon award winners will be granted a discount code which must be entered at the registration to receive the reduction on the registration fee. Therefore, participants applying for Stapledon award shall first wait for the grant decision before proceeding with their registrations.

All registration fees include access to the 3 days scientific programme of the EGF2021 online symposium and proceedings in an electronic format.

Additional costs may apply for social events offered during the evening programme of the Symposium. Participation in the social events is optional. More information and offers will be communicated in due time.

Payments via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal are possible. Credit card and PayPal transfers shall be initiated and carried out through the ConfTool system (see the registration information below). For late registrations (starting from 01.05.2021) only credit card and PayPal payments will be accepted. Acceptance of the payment conditions listed at the end of the registration process is required.

Registration is binding. 70% of the participation fee will be refunded on cancellations done until 17.04.2021 (30 days before the start of the conference). No refunds will be made in case of cancellation after 17.04.2021 (100% payment to be made, if fees not already paid at the time of cancellation).

The Conference organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, for loss of, or damage to property belonging to participants (or their accompanying persons), either during or as a result of the Conference. The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.

The organisers do not take responsibility for force majeure reasons for cancellation of the event (natural disaster, outbreak of severe contagious epidemic, major strikes etc.). In such case, the organising committee will decide upon refunding of paid registration fees.
