The Prince of Waldeck's Court Library (FWHB)
FWHB Arolsen
It is possible to use historical prints from the Prince of Waldeck's Court Library (FWHB) in Bad Arolsen itself or in Kassel. These can be ordered via the internal loan system for use in the reading room of the special collections in Kassel.
The holdings of the court library mainly include prints from the 17th and 18th centuries covering topics of geography, history, literature and militaria and is fully recorded in KARLA.

Please note: Regardless of your regular pick-up location the items will only be made available in the reading room for the special collections (Monday to Thursday: 9:00 to 16:00, Friday: 9:00 to 13:00)
Location of the medium: Closed stack, State and Murhard Library
Media that are in poor conservational comdition must be accessed in Arolsen. Books are transferred between Arolsen and Kassel as required (always on a Tuesday).
