Vlora Isufi studied "International Management" at the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and one semester at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE) - École Universitaires de Management in Montpellier, France. In order to gain in-depth insights into the field of strategic HR and organizational management, Ms. Isufi completed her Master's degree at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in "International Business and Consulting" with a focus on "International HR Management." She wrote her thesis on "Psychological Empowerment/Empowerment" in the context of "New Work."

As a research assistant at the Chair of "Human Resource Management and Organizational Studies" at the University of Kassel, Ms. Isufi is in charge of the sub-project "Collaborative Working in a Digital Teaching Context." as part of the project "University of Kassel Digital: Redesigning University Teaching.
