Forced laborers under National Socialism

The project group "Forced Labor in Agriculture in Northern Hesse" has developed seven panels for the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen, which form a self-explanatory tour of the domain.

In October 2012, the working group Hannah Fritsch - Jutta Haak - Frank Kessel - Dr. des. Jochen Ebert for their joint research project on contemporary and agricultural history "Historical tour on the history of forced labor (1939-1945) on the Hessian State Domain Frankenhausen" was awarded the Agricultural Heritage Prize 2012.

Starting in the entrance area of the domain, the tour with its seven panels leads to historically important sites.
