Sustainable management: guest lecture, student presentations and discussion

For a sustainable agricultural and food industry, sustainability management must address many issues and at different levels: from individual companies to the supply chain, from consumption to financing issues and politics. This can lead to conflicting goals. So how can sustainable management succeed? Axel Wirz presents the WeCare management system developed at FiBL and students from this year's 'Sustainable Management' module shed light on various aspects of sustainable management and moderate the discussion.
