Sales Shelves for Organic Food in Bakeries

Research project within the framework of the Federal Ministry of Consumer Protection, Food and Agriculture (BÖL)

Aim of the research project is to equip bakeries in a region in Germany with sales shelves from which organic food products are to be sold predominantly from the region in question on a trial basis. The task of our department is to analyse the sales figures, to test the method with regard to its success potential  and to develop recommendations for transferability to other regions or types of business.
