The project has set itself the goal of developing the prerequisites for ensuring that farm transfers in organic farming receive the necessary support for the transfer process and that organic farms in particular, which do not have a family farm successor, become transferable. The following concrete project goals are to be achieved:

• Knowledge about the causes and general conditions of insecure and missing farm succession in organic farms.
• Identification of alternative forms of farm transfer to secure farm succession in organic farms and processing of this experience.
• Development and testing of suitable consulting tools for individual and group consulting to support family and farm decision-making processes for farm succession in organic farming.
• Conception of regionally anchored consulting, information and exchange platforms for the process of farm transfer.
