Traffic IQ

Traffic IQ aims to develop novel methods of definition and distribution of quality parameters and especially quality ratings for traffic information. New methods of quality examination (quality monitors) have to be developed, specified, implemented at operating traffic management facilities and validated during the research process. In addition a service for standardised quality statements of traffic data and information will be implemented too.

The major tasks of the Institute of Traffic Engineering and Logistics are:
