Analysis of case law on § 811 ZPO

The aim of the study is to clarify whether there is any significant unpublished case law on § 811 ZPO. The resulting corpus of case law will also allow a look at trends in case law outside our own jurisdiction.

For example, it may become apparent whether there are regional trends of a different nature of execution law interpretation (e.g. by civil courts). In order to create the actually missing, but necessary empirical basis, all those involved in the enforcement process are called upon to provide court decisions on § 811 ZPO that they are aware of.
