All interested researchers from these six participating Faculties, as well as beyond, can participate in the research network. For example, individual researchers from the Faculties of Humanities (FB 02) and Mechanical Engineering (FB 15) at the University of Kassel and the Faculty of Business (W) at Fulda University of Applied Sciences are currently also participating.
If there is a close professional relationship, it is also possible for academics from other universities, representatives of associations or people from social practice in the region to become involved in the working groups. In this respect, the research network is not conceived as an exclusive circle, but rather as a permanent offer for all those who are interested in research on social law and social policy. Simply send us an e-mail if you are interested.
The specialist work then takes place in working groups and cross-sectional working groups as well as in colleges and junior research groups, which work together on an interdisciplinary and cross-university basis. The topics and subjects of the working groups and cross-sectional working groups are not specified centrally, which makes it possible to initiate new working groups at any time.
