eduroamCAT under MacOS

Remove the eduroam network from the network settings of your mobile device before installation. To do this, select "Forget network/remove network" under eduroam.

Please note that you must be within the signal range of the University of Kassel's eduroams network to set up the app and require another active internet connection (e.g. LTE, other WLAN, hotspot).

Select any Internet browser and open the page https://cat.eduroam.org/ to download the eduroamCAT installation program.

After downloading, please select the University of Kassel. If the organization is not displayed, enter University of Kassel in the search bar below.

Download the installation program.

To install the eduroam profile, please click "Continue/Fortfahren".

Enter your user name "UniAccount@uni-kassel.de" e.g. uk012345@uni-kassel.de(not...@student.uni-kassel.de) and the corresponding password in the input fields.

Attention: If you get this message, it is because you are already connected to eduroam. In this case, simply click on "Install".

In this case, simply click on "Install" and confirm the entry with your Mac password.

Your profile has now been automatically created for you and can be seen under User profiles.
The eduroam network now also connects automatically.
