With the support of the ESF, the A&O department has set up a coaching and mentoring program for students. It supplements formal study planning with the promotion of individual skills and supports students in developing strategies for a successful degree.

The courses offered by the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology in the study regulations
The courses offered by the department are aimed at students of the following degree programs in accordance with the respective study regulations:
- Civil and environmental engineering
- Vocational and business education
- Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Psychology
- Industrial Engineering
- Economics
The courses are also open to interested students from other Faculties.
