Language Courses for International Master's Students in the ‘Promote Your Career’ Project
Promoting international talent for integration into studies and the labor market
The DAAD's FIT programme aims to support German higher education institutions in their activities for international students. This includes tailor-made programmes for the entire qualification process of international students. In this way, FIT helps to facilitate integration into studies and the later transfer to the German labour market. For more information on the FIT programme, please click here.
The "Promote Your Career" project is aimed at international students who are enrolled in an English-language Master's programme at the University of Kassel and who intend to graduate. Participation in the project is free of charge, but the number of participants is limited. Early application is therefore strongly recommended. Unfortunately, exchange students and students from partner universities are not eligible to participate.

Learning German is important because it allows me to be more confident in everyday life, develop a deeper understanding of German culture and integrate better into German society.
With my knowledge of German, I can build up a network during my studies. I will be able to find an internship and to communicate more effectively with my colleagues.
