COLLECTIVE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT, REAL ESTATE FINANCING AND FORMS OF OWNERSHIP IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION

The seminar deals with community housing projects, cooperatives and other community-oriented legal forms (tenant syndicates), housing and property rights, profitability calculations and financing instruments.

Performance requirements: active participation: (presentation, participation in discussions, contribution to joint or decentralized urban research): (50%) - seminar paper (50%)
For a positive completion of the course, all partial performances must be positive.

Examination material: Seminar literature and own research.

Literature
Introductory literature is provided for the development of basic principles. Additional own research is required for the seminar papers and partly for the presentations.
