The a.m. project aims to provide concepts for the establisment of a net of protection areas for the maintenance of endangered weed species. At least 100 suitable sites should be found and declared as protected areas in order to ensure their sustainable management in accordance to the demands of the corresponding rare species.
Following to a feasability study (01.06.2007-30.11.2008) which included financial plans and the search of suitable areas the actual project refers to political instruments for the funding of the 'fields of biodiversty' and the protection of their weed species-oriented management.
