In the project "Career decisions and trajectories with special consideration of fixed-term contracts", INCHER worked together with the Institute for Employment Research (IAB) and the German Centre for Higher Education and Science Research (DZHW) on a study to accompany the Federal Report on Young Academics 2025. The career decisions of academics are examined on the basis of various data sets.
