Social Court Research working group

In 2016, the group also submitted an application to the BMAS initiative Research Network for Interdisciplinary Social Policy Research for a junior research group focusing on the topics of "Social Jurisdiction and Social Policy", "Research with Social Court Data" and "Social Jurisdiction in International Comparison", which was approved. In September 2017, the junior research group "Social Jurisdiction and the Development of Social Law and Social Policy in the Federal Republic of Germany", which was initially funded for three years, was able to begin its work at the University of Kassel.
