Foundation Engineering Seminar

Type of module:
Compulsory elective module - consisting of foundation engineering supplements and foundation engineering seminar.
This course is held exclusively in German.

Course content:
Elaboration of a concrete construction project (determination of the characteristic soil parameters, development of a foundation and shoring concept, settlement calculation, shoring statics); carrying out geotechnical calculations with computer programs; preparation of a presentation on a selected topic from foundation engineering.
