Tenure Track-Mentoring

According to the the tenure-track-statutes from November 23, 2018, tenure-track professors can get confidential advice and support from mentors. The Section for Strategic Personnel Development and Organizational Culture supports tenure-track professors in finding a suitable mentor. Together with the respective tenure-track professor, we will define criteria that give orientation when looking for a good fit. Based on the defined criteria, tenure-track professor can make suggestions. The suggested person(s) will be contacted by the deanery of the faculty hosting the respective tenure-track professor.
