Erasmus without paper (EWP)

The Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) project initiated by the European Commission supports the digitalization of existing administrative processes of the Erasmus+ mobility program. The goal is the secure, simple, paperless and efficient exchange of data and information concerning the international mobility of students, teachers and staff between universities in different countries.

The project thus makes an important contribution to future-oriented cooperation in the European higher education area. At the University of Kassel, Erasmus Without Paper is integrated into the project "Digital international", which is implemented by the International Office (Department of Studies and Teaching).

Within the four-year project period, various processes of the administration of the Erasmus program will be digitized and implemented step by step. This requires close coordination with the IT Service, the Faculties and international cooperation partners.
