Eighth Teaching and Study Report (2008 - 2012)
The Eighth Report on Teaching and Studies covers the reporting period from the summer semester 2008 to the winter semester 2011/12. In addition to the fundamental orientation of the University of Kassel in matters of study and teaching, the report comprehensively presents the university's response strategies to current challenges. A large part of the report is devoted to the successful implementation of the Bologna Process and the evaluation of the first experiences with modularized studies. Topics such as innovations in teaching, further development of advising and service offerings, and quality assurance instruments in studying and teaching are considered in detail. Compared to previous editions, the Eighth Teaching and Study Report focuses more on the university-wide perspective and less on individual departments and their respective study programs.
