The web-to-print store for business cards, pads and folders can be accessed through the WPS system (University Purchasing Teaching & Research):

Please contact the colleagues in your organizational unit who are authorized to order (colleagues with SAP access) or ask at the responsible dean's office/institute secretary's office.

Depending on the product selection, there are individually writable fields for address data, headings and texts. It is also possible to give the products an individual touch tailored to your own area by selecting photos and secondary logos.

Business card case

Business cards in landscape and portrait format

The business cards can be ordered in both landscape and portrait format and in German or English. In landscape format, the department logos can also be selected.

Drawing pad

DIN A4 block

One pad contains 25 sheets of squared uncoated paper (80g/ sqm), which is certified according to FSC and EU Ecolabel. The block is available from a quantity of 50 blocks for 145 € plus VAT.

Folder

Presentation folders

The folders are available from a quantity of 50 to 500 folders for 315 € up to 455 € plus VAT. On the front you can choose between university logo and logos of the departments or other institutions. You can also add the title and an accompanying text about your event or organization. Two lines are available for this purpose, which are placed clearly visible above the photo motif. On the inside flap there is enough space for contact address, e-mail, phone number and another logo.
