Repairing the bike is easy

The bike repair station at HoPla is located directly in front of the entrance to Moritz, in Witzenhausen it is located in the entrance to the Nordbahnhofstraße site. It contains a set of tools suitable for most repairs and troubleshooting as well as a hand pump with an adapter for all valve types. In addition, the bike can be conveniently hung on a bracket. The door of the repair cabinet can be opened with a coin as a deposit, just like a shopping cart - so don't forget your change! 

The idea for bicycle repair stations was developed as part of the project "Sustainable transport at the University of Kassel - concept and measures for sustainable mobility and logistics". The project is being carried out by the Green Office in cooperation with the Department of Transport Planning and Transport Systems headed by Prof. Dr. Sommer.

In order to meet the requirements and wishes of students and staff for sustainable mobility on the campuses, further repair stations and secure and covered bicycle parking facilities are to be built in the near future.
