How do I get Typo3 access?

If you do not yet have a Typo3 account, please contact the relevant admin from the web area.

Enter your uk number, the area to be edited and the required access rights (see below).

Account allocation in the specialist departments

Accounts are assigned decentrally in the Faculty by persons with Typo3 editor-in-chief rights (see list). The person responsible for the instance authorizes account requests from users in his/her area.

What access authorizations are there?

  • PersonPlugin: The plugin is used to create person profiles and team pages. Data can be imported into the website via an interface to the HIS-LSF.
  • Plugin News: Entry of messages and appointments.
  • Plugin PowerMail: Editors can use PowerMail to create online questionnaires.
  • SecureDownload: Enables editors to create protected download areas. Please note that this should only be used in special cases and that other software systems are generally more suitable for protected document access.
  • Converis Content: The Converis Content plugin enables the integration of publication lists and other research data from the Converis system (research portal).
  • Stepelements: Access to the plugin for displaying step-by-step elements.
  • Content slider: The content slider displays an overview of a specific topic in index card form, including information text. You can also link to specific content, internal and external pages.
  • Beautiful numbers: The container element Beautiful numbers can be used to visually process data and combine it with suitable images.

  • Graphs: Graphs are used to illustrate and visualize numerical data.
